These terms and conditions apply to all work carried out and quotes provided by York Roadside Mechanics ("we", "us", "our").
All quotes are provided free of charge and are given in good faith based on the information and symptoms described. Additional work found to be necessary once a vehicle has been inspected will always be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding.
We accept contactless card payments, bank transfer, cash, Clearpay and Klarna. Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Parts fitted are covered by the relevant manufacturer or supplier warranty. Please ask for details relevant to your specific job.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please give us as much notice as possible by calling 07399 298348.
We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for pre-existing faults not identified as part of the agreed work, or for issues arising from customer-supplied parts.
